Winnipeg, MB ‒ It’s time to lace up your walking shoes or dig out your swimsuit because the City of Winnipeg will once again be providing free access to City-run aquatic and recreation facilities during scheduled public use times for National Health and Fitness Day on June 1, 2019.
Marked on the first Saturday in June, National Health and Fitness Day provides an opportunity to embrace healthy physical activity. The City is encouraging all residents to use local health, recreational, sports, and fitness facilities.
For more details on times and locations for free access at City-run aquatic and recreation facilities on June 1, 2019, please visit winnipeg.ca. Public entry requirements and capacity restrictions will apply at all facilities. No pre-registration is required.
