In recognition of Emergency Preparedness Week (May 5-11) The City of Winnipeg is hosting Ready Winnipeg – a free, interactive, educational event for Winnipeg families. It takes place on Saturday, May 11, 2019 from 12 – 4 p.m. at Sam Southern Arena (625 Osborne Street). It will feature information booths, interactive games, and an opportunity for kids to check out our emergency vehicles.
Along with our partners, we will teach you and your kids what you need to know about being prepared for a disaster, including what to include in your family’s 72-hour kit!
